Imagine Dragons is an American pop-rock band formed in 2008 in Las Vegas, USA. The band's name is an anagram whose meaning is known only to the band members. They became famous after the release of their debut studio album Night Visions in September 2012. The American magazine Billboard named them the brightest new stars of 2013 and the biggest band of 2017, while Rolling Stone magazine called their single "Radioactive" the biggest rock hit of the year.
Mercury: Act 2 is the second part of the two-part studio album "Mercury – Acts 1 & 2" by American pop-rock band Imagine Dragons, released on July 1, 2022. The album's lead single "Bones" was released in March 2022, and the second single "Sharks" in June. The album received mixed reviews from critics, some of whom noted its experimental approach and influence from hip-hop.
