The Skryabin band is an outstanding Ukrainian musical group known for its diversity and evolution of style throughout its existence. Founded in 1989 in the city of Novoyavorivsk, the band led by vocalist and frontman Andriy "Kuzma" Kuzmenko quickly gained popularity thanks to its energetic music and bright performances. Andriy Kuzmenko was the only permanent member of the group throughout its existence, he was not only the voice of "Skryabin", but also his inexhaustible source of energy and creativity. Throughout their career, the band has released an impressive number of musical projects: seventeen studio albums, two compilations, nine maxi singles, as well as live recordings and other releases. Their songs often reflected social and cultural aspects of Ukrainian life and also had a great influence on the younger generation.
The vinyl compilation “Tribute to Skryabin” together with an additional record from KOSMOPOLIS will surely attract the attention of true music lovers. The first album "Tribute to Skryabin" presents well-known and beloved songs of the band "Scryabin", performed by today's talented Ukrainian artists. Each composition is recorded in the unique style of the performers, preserving their original manner of performance. The second disc contains the debut album of the young ambitious rock band KOSMOPOLIS.
