The Rolling Stones is a legendary British rock band founded in 1962 that has become a symbol of an era and one of the most influential bands in the history of modern music. Thanks to Mick Jagger's charismatic vocals, Keith Richards' inventive guitar playing, and unflagging energy on stage, the Rolling Stones gained cult status and continue to create to this day. They not only set musical trends, but also influenced millions of listeners, generation after generation.
The Rolling Stones On Air is a collection of live and studio recordings made by the band during their performances on the BBC between 1963 and 1965. Released on December 1, 2017, the album has become a true historical document that demonstrates the early years of the band's formation. These performances allow us to hear the Stones in their most authentic, raw sound, which has become a hallmark of their style. Among the compositions are classic rhythm and blues and rock and roll numbers, as well as the band's first big hits. The album was released in both standard and deluxe editions; the latter contains additional tracks that further reveal the atmosphere of The Rolling Stones' early concerts. On Air is not only a gift for the fans, but also an important stage in the musical heritage of British rock.
