The Electro-Voice EVID-C6.2-G2 is a high-quality ceiling speaker with a 6.5-inch coaxial driver, designed for professional installations where sound quality, reliability, quick installation, and aesthetics are important. Thanks to the innovative EZ-Install system, the speaker is easy to install, and the frameless design with a magnetic grille provides a modern and unobtrusive look that fits perfectly into any interior.

The coaxial driver provides a point source of sound, ensuring excellent speech intelligibility and balanced sound across the entire coverage area with a 110° dispersion angle. The built-in transformer allows operation in 70 V and 100 V systems with switchable power (from 1.9 to 30 W) or use of the system in 8-ohm mode. The mode switch is easily accessible on the front panel — the engineer does not need to remove the loudspeaker to change the settings.

The housing is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic with a UL 94V-0 rating, and the rear is made of thick-walled galvanized steel. All components are IP34 protected and certified for safe use in ventilation spaces (UL 2043). Thanks to the mounting ring and mounting frame included in the kit, the EVID-C6.2-G2 can be securely installed even in difficult conditions, such as ceilings with mineral wool or fiber panels.

This model is part of the extensive EVID series, which can be scaled for large installations in combination with other ceiling, wall, or built-in solutions.
