Rae Sremmurd is an American hip-hop duo consisting of brothers Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi. In 2013, they signed Mike WiLL Made-It to EarDrummers Records. The duo became famous after the success of the singles "No Flex Zone", "No Type" and "Throw Sum Mo" in 2014. The debut album "SremmLife" (2015) was certified double platinum and the single "Black Beatles" (2016) reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. They also founded their own label SremmLife Crew Records. Their third album, SR3MM, was released as a triple album in 2018, and their fourth, Sremm 4 Life, was released in 2023. Swae Lee began his solo career with the single "Sunflower" (2018).

Sremm 4 Life is Rae Sremmurd's fourth studio album, released in 2023. It continues to showcase the interplay between the two brothers, with Slim Jxmmi's hard-hitting style mixed with Swae Lee's soft, sing-song rap. The album shows a variety of tracks, from the hazy "Origami" to the energetic "Royal Flush". This release captures the emotion and energy that makes Rae Sremmurd unique.
